Middle East Peasant Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    1 large sweet onion, sliced
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 to 3 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    In a casserole dish, alternate layers of vegetables and cheeses.
    Mix bread crumbs and margarine together and top vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
