Beef Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese
1 small finely chopped onion
6 oz. sliced dried beef
1 tsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Let cheese soften at room temperature, or soften in microwave. Process dried beef until finely chopped.
Mix all ingredients except 1/3 cup of processed beef.
Shape into ball and roll in the reserved beef.
Best when made a day early.
