Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. pecans
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Combine oil and sugar.
Add eggs; beat this together with the mixer with oil and sugar.
Add chopped apples (fresh and juicy, not too fine).
Mix together with pecans, flour, soda, salt, vanilla and cinnamon.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 30 or 40 minutes. May take an hour or more.
Bake in oblong pan.
