Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    2 avocados (ripe)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 small can chopped chili peppers
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mash avocados; blend in lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix sour cream and taco seasoning mix.
