Marguerite Langford'S Marshmallow Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter
    12 marshmallows
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; peel and mash.
    Add sugar and butter (vanilla, if desired).
    Place in greased baking dish and bake until light brown.
    Place marshmallows on top and let melt and brown.
