Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh crab
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Tabasco (dash)
2 Tbsp. cream
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Mix well; put into flour/paprika mixture and pan-fry.
