Chicken, Bean And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked brown rice
1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. skim milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. skinned, cooked and cubed chicken
1 lb. fresh or canned green beans, cooked with 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
grated cheese
Preparation

Combine the rice and parsley in an 8 x 12-inch nonstick baking dish.
Make a white sauce of the broth, milk, flour, salt and pepper.
Combine the chicken, beans, mushrooms and sauce.
Place the mixture over the rice.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
If desired, sprinkle chopped onion and cheese over the top.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
Serves 6 with 220 calories.
