Pumpkin Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. white sugar
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    4 eggs
    1 16 oz. can pumpkin
    2 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine sugars, shortening and eggs in a large bowl.
    Beat for 2 minutes.
    Add pumpkin and mix well.
    Sift flour, salt, soda and spices.
    Gradually add to pumpkin mixture.
    Beat for 2 minutes on high speed.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes.
    Cool for 15 minutes. Remove from pan.
    Top with Butter Rum Sauce.
