Ingredients

3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 beaten eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
fat for frying
Preparation

In saucepan, heat milk and butter to boiling.
Cool.
Stir in eggs.
Stir dry ingredients in.
Shape into balls.
Let rest 5 minutes.
Fry in deep fat 4 minutes until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Roll in powdered sugar or dip in syrup.
