Shepherd'S Pie(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger (lean)
    1 small onion
    1 carrot
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    mashed potatoes, already cooked
Preparation
    Cook meat, onion and carrot slowly until meat is done and onion is transparent.
    (Do not brown.)
    Drain off all liquid; add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce.
    Pour mixture into a 1-quart baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are browned.
