Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 lb. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted (let cool)
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and cottage cheese in electric mixer.
    Add sugar and eggs.
    Mix again.
    Add vanilla, lemon juice, cornstarch, flour, butter and sour cream.
    Mix well and pour into greased 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Shut oven off and let cool 2 hours.
    Do not open oven door.
