Mock Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 or 2 Tbsp. salad dressing
1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 eggs
2 c. bread crumbs

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Press into cakes and brown in butter.
