Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt in a bowl.
    Make a well in center of flour and add eggs, butter and milk.
    Beat until smooth.
    Fill well greased 5 ounce custard cups or muffin pans half full.
    Bake in a hot 400\u00b0 oven until brown and crisp.
    Makes 8 Popovers.
