Rosella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh corn
    1 c. fresh green tomatoes
    1 c. fresh green pepper
    2 strips bacon
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Take an iron skillet and fry 2 strips of bacon until brittle. Add fresh vegetables to bacon grease and add 2 tablespoons corn, 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook over low heat stirring constantly until vegetables are tender.
    Very good with everything.
