Foil Grill Spuds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium size potatoes, sliced thin
1 large onion, sliced thin
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
Preparation

Cut butter or margarine into 1 tablespoon patties.
Spread layers of potatoes, onion and butter.
Sprinkle each layer with Lawry's on heavy-duty aluminum foil, which has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Wrap tightly, sealing all edges.
Place on grill, turning every 1/2 hour for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 4.
