Pineapple Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    No. 2 can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 pie shell, baked
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine 3/4 cup sugar, flour and salt; stir in next three ingredients.
    Stir and bring to a boil; cook two minutes.
    Stir small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks; return to hot mixture.
    Cook and stir two minutes.
    Cool and pour into pie shell.
    Beat egg whites with vanilla and cream of tartar to soft peak.
    Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar.
    Beat until stiff; spread on pie.
    Bake 12 minutes or until brown.
