Tofu "Cheese Cake" Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
    fruit pie filling or fruit
    16 oz. firm tofu
    graham cracker crust (deep)
Preparation
    Blend condensed milk, lemon juice and tofu in electric blender until firm and smooth.
    Pour into crust.
    Top with fruit pie filling or other drained canned or fresh fruit.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
