Broccoli Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. basil
    2 c. chopped broccoli, including stems
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in 10 inch fry pan; saute onions, thyme, basil, broccoli over medium heat.
    After 5 minutes, add mushrooms and salt.
    Saute until tender.
    Remove from heat and drain juices.
    In a bowl, beat eggs and add sour cream, cheeses, salt, pepper.
    Put vegetable mixture in pie shell and pour cheese mixture over it. Bake 40-45 minutes until golden and puffy.
    Let sit 10 minutes before cutting.
