Bountiful Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cauliflower, chunked
    2 c. broccoli, chunked
    8 oz. carrots, sliced
    2 large cucumbers, sliced
    8 to 10 radishes, sliced
    8 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
    1 small can mushroom bits, drained and diced
    low calorie salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. salt substitute
Preparation
    In a large
    bowl,
    toss
    all ingredients with dressing. Cover and store in
    refrigerator for 3 days.
    Toss ingredients about twice a day.
    Before serving, sprinkle evenly with salt.
