Mary'S Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 flour tortillas
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped olives
    1 jar mild jalapeno peppers, drained
    2 cans mild enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Spread sour cream on tortillas.
    Sprinkle on top of sour cream the cheese, onions, olives and peppers.
    Roll tortillas.
