Apricot Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can apricot halves
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    5 medium size sweet potatoes, cooked
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. small marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain apricots, reserving syrup.
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon and orange rind; blend well.
    Gradually add apricot syrup, stirring constantly.
    Bring to a boil over medium flame for two minutes.
    Add apricots and butter.
    Stir until butter is melted.
