Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sifted flour
    3 c. sugar
    5 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 (16 oz.) box Raisin Bran or 11 oz. Bran Flakes
Preparation
    Toss dry ingredients together.
    Add oil, eggs and buttermilk and mix well.
    Fold in Bran Flakes.
    Bake desired amount of muffins in greased muffin tins at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Batter can be stored in refrigerator for 4 to 6 weeks.
    Muffins can be frozen.
