Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. Carnation milk
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1/3 c. Carnation milk
    14 oz. caramels
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Press 1/2 of mixture into greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes only. Cool.
