Hardeville Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 1/2 c. corn flakes
    1 c. beef broth
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/8 tsp. coarse ground pepper, no salt
Preparation
    If the venison comes from north country, you will need to wash well or soak in vinegar.
    If it comes from the south, you roast as you would beef.
