Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. sliced cooking apples
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. sifted flour
2 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Place apples in greased 3-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add melted butter until crumbly.
Put crumbled mixture over apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until apples are done.
