Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 lb. red eating apples (unpeeled)
    2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. dark raisins
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice in medium bowl. Do not peel apples. Dice apples in bite size pieces. Add apples to mayonnaise mixture; stir to coat well. Add celery, walnuts and raisins.
    Toss gently to mix well. Serves 8.
