The Best Crawfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick light margarine
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. processed cheese spread (Velveeta)
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    8 oz. light sour cream
    Creole seasoning to taste (Tony's)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, boiled and drained
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large heavy skillet over low heat.
    Saute green onions, garlic and celery 5 minutes or until tender.
    Add crawfish; stir and saute 5 more minutes.
    Add soup, sour cream, cheese spread and Creole seasoning.
    Mix; simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbly.
    Stir crawfish mixture and cooked noodles together in a 2-quart dish.
    Heat in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 20 minutes or until heated through.
    Serve hot with a green salad and French bread.
