Dadson Delightful Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 finely chopped onion
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 slices cubed bread
1 lb. cubed ham, bacon or sausage

Preparation

Saute meat, onions and mushrooms.
Beat eggs, spices and milk. Line pan with bread.
Layer with meat mixture.
Pour egg mixture over all and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
Serves 6 to 8.
