Shrimp Vesuvius - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) cans small shrimp or 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp
    1/2 lb. bay scallops, sliced
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    Parmesan cheese
    cognac or brandy (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease individual ovenproof dishes. Place scallops in dish.
    Arrange shrimp on top.
    Place cheese on top of shrimp.
    Make Bechamel sauce by melting butter.
    Add flour and whisk well.
    Slowly add milk and broth, whisking all the while.
    Add Worcestershire, garlic and horseradish until smooth. Pour Bechamel sauce over cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until bubbly on top.
