Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. All-Bran
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. buttermilk (may substitute yogurt)
    2 c. Bran Buds
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking soda and salt.
    Pour boiling water over All-Bran; let sit.
    Cream shortening and sugar until light.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Blend in buttermilk, Bran Buds and All-Bran. Add dry ingredients.
    Will keep in refrigerator covered for a week or so.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until brown, 20 minutes or so.
