Curry And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef or chicken
    2 onions
    2 potatoes
    1/2 c. carrots
    4.4 oz. curry sauce mix
Preparation
    Cut meat into cubes and finely chop onions.
    Chop other vegetables in pot.
    Saute meat and onions in oil, stirring until onion is lightly browned.
    Add other vegetables.
    Add 3 1/2 cups water and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer until meat is tender.
    Break curry sauce mix into mixture, stirring until completely melted.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve hot over rice.
    Makes 6 (1 cup) servings.
