Heavenly Strawberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. graham crackers, crushed
    2 Tbsp. low-fat margarine, melted
    15 oz. low-fat Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. liquid egg substitute, refrigerated or frozen, thawed
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
Preparation
    Combine crushed graham crackers and margarine.
    Press into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
    Cool.
