Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stalk celery, minced
3 scallions, minced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 lb. turkey sausage
1/2 c. grated zucchini, squeezed dry
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soy sauce
3 tomatoes, sliced
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except tomatoes.
Gently mix.
Shape into 6 1/4-inch patties.
Grill burgers 8 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.
Grill tomatoes 5 minutes; turn once until bubbly.
Top burgers with tomatoes.
Serve on buns.
Makes 6 servings.
