Fish Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. white fish (cod, haddock, etc.)
    3 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Cook fish.
    Remove all skin and bones.
    Mash fine.
    Beat egg yolks until light and thick.
    Add flour.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and fish.
    Beat egg whites and fold into fish mixture.
    Drop by tablespoons into hot oil (360\u00b0 to 370\u00b0).
    Cook until golden brown.
