Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. (10 oz.) shredded extra sharp Cheddar
2 c. (10 oz.) shredded mild sharp Cheddar
1/4 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. beer
1/4 c. garlic salt
Preparation

All cheeses should be at room temperature.
Blend well and shape into ball.
