Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. country style spareribs
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. ketchup
    3/4 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except meat in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Simmer a few minutes; brown meat on both sides.
    Place single layer in a shallow baking pan.
    Pour half of sauce over ribs; cover with foil and place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil, baste and continue baking another 15 to 20 minutes. The sauce recipe is enough for 2 pans of ribs.
