Chicken Scaloppine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. Marsala or sherry wine or 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts in half and pound with wooden mallet until very thin.
    Melt 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine in a large skillet.
    Saute chicken over moderately high heat, a few pieces at a time, until lightly browned on both sides, adding more butter as needed.
    Remove to heated dish.
