Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. boiling water
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Sift flour; measure.
    Add salt and sift again.
    Combine shortening and boiling water in saucepan.
    Keep over low heat until butter is melted.
    Add flour, all at one time, and stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball and leaves the side of pan.
    Remove from heat.
    Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
    Continue beating until a thick dough is formed.
