Grandma'S Chicken Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped chicken
    1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Combine in a large bowl all ingredients except the corn flakes and margarine.
    Spread into a baking dish and sprinkle the top with the crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup margarine broken into bits and pieces.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until the rice is done.
    To keep from burning, place aluminum foil over the top.
    Serves 6.
