Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

3/4 lb sausage
1/4 c all purpose flour
2 c milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation

Brown sausage in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles. Drain sausage on paper towels, reserving 1/3 c of grease drippings in skillet.
