Carrot Cake With Pineapple Or Raisins Or Both - cooking recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. finely shredded carrots
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Add carrots, oil and eggs. Beat with an electric mixer until combined.
Use undrained pineapple and juice in batter.
Add the nuts.
Pour in two greased and floured 9-inch round baking pans.
Bake for 35 or 40 minutes.
Use cream cheese topping.
