Pork Ratio Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 red ratio chile peppers
    2 cloves garlic
    3 green chilies
    1 small onion
    2 lb. pork butt
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Boil pork 2 to 3 hours.
    Save water from pork.
    Shred meat. Boil red peppers 5 minutes.
    Let soak 10 minutes.
    Remove peppers from water.
    Scrape seeds out.
    Puree in blender with pork broth about 4 cups.
    Roast green peppers, peel and chop fine.
    In pan, add oil, meat, flour, garlic, onion, green chilies and salt. Saute.
    Add all of puree broth to meat.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
