Golden Glow Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

9 medium sweet potatoes
3 c. miniature marshmallows
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 to 3/4 c. cream or canned milk
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Boil potatoes in jackets until tender; drain and let cool just enough to handle, then peel.
Mash potatoes and combine with 2 1/2 cups marshmallows, butter, milk, brown sugar, nutmeg, salt and cinnamon.
Whip until fluffy.
