Potato Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shredded frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. carton sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 medium sauteed onion
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1 stick of butter.
    Add to sour cream and chicken soup.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Add hash browns and cheese.
    Pour mixture into an 11 x 13-inch glass baking dish (spray with Pam first).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
    This dish is quick and easy and great for company.
