Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    cornstarch to roll
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt into large bowl.
    Make a well in the center.
    Add eggs, oil and water.
    Work liquids into flour with fingers to make a stiff dough. Turn dough onto a large board.
    Do not add flour.
    Knead dough 15 times or until soft and smooth. Wrap in Saran Wrap and let sit at room temperature 1 hour.
