Crusty Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 stick margarine
    8 chicken breasts, deboned
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, melted margarine and mustard until smooth. Dip chicken breasts into this mixture and then roll into stuffing mix.
    Place in a 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes until brown. The herb stuffing takes care of the flavor.
    I use fat free mayonnaise and fat free margarine.
