Mckinnon Family Cheesecake For The Holidays - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. real vanilla
    3/4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter, melted
    graham crackers, chopped up
Preparation
    Mix eggs, cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, milk, flour and sugar into large bowl with blender.
    Grease a 9-inch or 11-inch spring-form pan.
    Turn oven on to 350\u00b0.
    Mix melted butter with chopped graham crackers and line the pan for the crust of the cheesecake.
    Pour the mixture into the spring-form pan.
    Bake for 1 hour or until cake turns golden brown.
    Cake may crack in the middle of the top.
