Mocha Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten well
    2 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
    1 box chocolate cake mix
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add zucchini, oil, vanilla and pudding mix.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add instant coffee and cake mix.
    Mix on low speed until moistened, then on medium speed for 10 minutes.
    Turn into a well-greased Bundt pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
    Top with powdered sugar glaze.
