Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour into large baking dish and top with crushed potato chips or corn flakes with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
