Vegetable Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped onion
    1 bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 boiled chickens
    1 c. okra
    2 c. tomatoes
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 tsp. Tony's Creole seasoning
Preparation
    Fry onions and peppers until tender.
    Mix all other ingredients.
    Cook/simmer for 25 minutes.
